To empower every attorney to SIMPLIFY and STRATEGIZE by using the combined years of medical and legal experience of RNJD Legal Consulting as a foundation for SUCCESS.

CREDENTIALS

An attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California since 1988.
30 years of first chair trial experience in California (defense and plaintiff medical malpractice and personal injury).
Licensed Registered nurse since 1982, with current clinical experience.
Currently licensed Registered Nurse in California and Kentucky.
Holds a master’s degree in nursing (MSN).
Former expert witness for the California Board of Registered Nursing.
Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
Member of American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants (AALNC).
Board Certified RN in Neonatal Nursing, Risk Management and Patient Safety.
Three years of experience as a Director of Risk Management in a large healthcare organization.
